Wella Stright Instructions

Back!

Finally, for some time:) I would have finally succeeded in lulling her baby to nap to make a little note on cow's milk protein, responsible for the poor sleep of my spitz. I said he is exclusively breastfed.

Since its birth and for ten days or so, many baby slept. He ate and slept in my arms, I could then easily put it in his crib where he could stay sometimes until 3 hours without waking, sleeping a deep sleep.

Gradually, his sleep began to deteriorate and baby became increasingly grumpy and irritable. After trying lots of stuff and talking with a pediatrician, who suggested me no good, I have come to establish a link between what I ate and the reactions of the baby.

And there it became clear that every time I ate cow's milk in any form whatsoever, baby began to regurgitate for 2-3 days and remained awake throughout the day. Basically, whenever I would eat it as the equivalent of a tablespoon of cow's milk, about 24 hours later the symptoms: nervousness, inability to sleep, tears, red eyes, regurgitation (visible or no, but somehow the sound of reflux does not deceive), while that for 2-3 days. Then the stool green, gassy baby who wake up and do suffer at the end of the day, little by little he managed to fall asleep but the pain the wake fast enough for 3-4 days.

I ate a piece of ham and cheese sandwich on Wednesday night before I realize what I was doing. Today is Tuesday afternoon, a baby begins to regain sleep or less calm. He suffered from reflux until Sunday, last night was a big attack of colic, I had to keep him in my bed, in, for almost 2 hours. This morning he slept 20 minutes and then, after falling asleep and then woke up 15 minutes later he was again asleep for 20 minutes or so.

OK, a bit long to explain that the proteins in cow milk (POS) can be responsible for many evils, as in older pups. The milk I eat that causes all these troubles in my spitz. I will not write more about POP, a simple Internet search will give you lots of info. I was already convinced

harm that may cause the POS, today I saw him live, then I am in total eviction of cow's milk. And I'm scared to see how much cow's milk is present everywhere, disguised under lots of different forms. Lactose in mayonnaise, whey in a sandwich industry, the milk powder in the filling of ravioli, lactose even in cubes chicken broth ... It's horrible! The only way to escape is to do everything yourself. That's what I did before the baby is born, but right now it's a little hard to cook!

This blog is now a blog without POS:)
