simplissime Gratin ... Other

and excellency. Eggplant, tomato and oatmeal.

I give you my proportions, it can fit two people in single flat and four people on the side.

Gratin summer oatmeal
4 small eggplants
5 small tomatoes 2 small onions

(I did in the small vegetable this week!)
2-3 cloves garlic 4 tbsp

parsley Heat the olive oil (1-2 tablespoons) in a skillet. Expand
eggplant into thick slices and fry in oil.

I tried to make my cakes different cereals, but personally I prefer the previous version. I eliminated the chickpea flour and used an egg to bind, but I was less convinced. I ovus book the recipe anyway, everyone has different tastes than me!

Cakes
-3 5 cereal flakes 5 tbsp cereal
-1 small zucchini
-milk plant (this time it was oats)

-egg-seeds (sunflower, sesame)
-slightly tamari (soy sauce)

Mix oatmeal and seeds and soak them in milk level, with about a teaspoon tamari, a little early (30 min).
