I tried to make my cakes different cereals, but personally I prefer the previous version. I eliminated the chickpea flour and used an egg to bind, but I was less convinced. I ovus book the recipe anyway, everyone has different tastes than me!
Cakes
-3 5 cereal flakes 5 tbsp cereal
-1 small zucchini
-milk plant (this time it was oats)
-egg-seeds (sunflower, sesame)
-slightly tamari (soy sauce)
Mix oatmeal and seeds and soak them in milk level, with about a teaspoon tamari, a little early (30 min).
Grate zucchini.
Beat the egg.
Add grated zucchini flakes, then the beaten egg and mix well.
and proceed as for any cake, small heap in the pan. By cons, they cook more slowly than its predecessors, it can sear but remember to reduce the heat so they do not burn and can be cooked enough.
Serve vegetables!
