Analytics Script Error: _gat is undefined

By installing the Google Analytics code on a site, I was surprised to see that with Internet Explorer page returned an error javascript:
Done, but there are errors on the page. Come good, an error code in the script Google? That would surprise me hard. A
double_clic the error tells me that '_gat is undefined.

I used the script as follows, copied directly from the window Google
\u0026lt;script ty & # 112; e = "text / java script "> Will & # 114;
gaJsHost = , (("https:"
== document.location.protocol) ?
"https://ssl." : "http://www.")&#59;

document.write(unescape("%3Cscript src='" +
gaJsHost + "google-analytics.com/ga.js'

type='text/javascript'%3E%3C/script%3E"))&#59;
</script>
<script
type="text/javascript">
var pageTracker =
_gat._getTracker("UA-1267197-7")&#59;
pageTracker._initData()&#59;
pageTracker._trackPageview()&#59;
\u0026lt;/ script>

So in fact it is simply that there was a line feed hidden. In fact, each line must end with a punch point, so that all code is properly aligned. In my case it was enough to make up the code-type = text / javascript line, following the paragraph.

And presto!

If you have any problems with this error, a page full of solutions:

Site URL allowed me to post the code directly into the HTML window in Blogger: converting the ASCII code (or JavaScript) that allows you to do everything clean. Otherwise, n is upset, the HTML interpreter did his job ... and the script interpreter.
