frankly was good! I was afraid that with only oatmeal, my cakes do not fall apart when cooked, so I gave them added of chickpea flour to bind. It gives a good taste, very nice!
The proportions are for one person (three patties thin enough)
Pancakes Oatmeal and chickpea flour
3 tablespoons oatmeal 1 tablespoon
half of chickpea flour
vegetable milk (for me it was nutty) and a little water, soy sauce
a large onion, olive oil
few basil leaves and a handful of chopped chives
Mix oatmeal and flour and Pour a little milk and water plant upgrades, then a teaspoon soy sauce, and let rise.
Meanwhile, mince the onion and fry in a little olive oil. At the end of cooking, deglaze the juices with a little soy sauce.
Mix cooked with onion flakes + flour and add the chopped herbs.
Put Heat a little olive oil in a pan, take a tablespoon full of mix well and crush on the stove. Monitor the cooking, it's going relatively quickly. It was pretty good:) For future, I will try with a vegetable and more (I was out of stock) to get my quota of the day. Zucchini or carrots, no doubt.
