Ash And Misty Doushinji

patties Patties Oatmeal chickpea flour

frankly was good! I was afraid that with only oatmeal, my cakes do not fall apart when cooked, so I gave them added of chickpea flour to bind. It gives a good taste, very nice!

The proportions are for one person (three patties thin enough)

Pancakes Oatmeal and chickpea flour
3 tablespoons oatmeal 1 tablespoon
half of chickpea flour
vegetable milk (for me it was nutty) and a little water, soy sauce

a large onion, olive oil

few basil leaves and a handful of chopped chives

Mix oatmeal and flour and Pour a little milk and water plant upgrades, then a teaspoon soy sauce, and let rise.

Meanwhile, mince the onion and fry in a little olive oil. At the end of cooking, deglaze the juices with a little soy sauce.

Mix cooked with onion flakes + flour and add the chopped herbs.

Put Heat a little olive oil in a pan, take a tablespoon full of mix well and crush on the stove. Monitor the cooking, it's going relatively quickly. It was pretty good:) For future, I will try with a vegetable and more (I was out of stock) to get my quota of the day. Zucchini or carrots, no doubt.

Bluntville Wraps For Sale

vegetarian dish full

At noon I wanted a dish that once put on the fire no longer requires that I take care of (just a little supervision), which is full of good things, balanced and tastes good. I never got too well, with a good cast vegetarian, nutritious, tasty and balanced, made of lentils and rice.

Lentils with rice and almonds
1 cup 1 / 2 of green lentils from Puy
1 cup basmati rice 3 large onions
with their stem
3 cloves garlic
a handful of almonds
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 / 2 tsp ginger powder olive oil

Put olive oil in a skillet to heat. When oil is hot, add spices and let them brown than 5 minutes. Meanwhile, mince the onions and stem.

When the spices give off all their flavor, add onions and brown. Chop a clove of garlic and add to onions and pour the lentils and rice after being rinsed. Allow to boil dry a minute or two, stirring and adding water up high.

There is more to come cook and add a little water occasionally, until lentils and rice are cooked. It takes about 25 minutes. Minutes before the end of cooking, add almonds. And it's ready!

For a complete meal, I accompanied this dish with slices of cucumber entry assaissonées just a drizzle of walnut oil and bio of a raw tomato and a fruit dessert.

Dr And Mrs Vandertramp Story

fishing Apricot Cake (no eggs)

This is an adaptation of a recipe Apple Cake and Apricot from a book that I have since I left home, At the Table: a million menus, France Loisirs editions. I give you my version, this time with the quantities (except for fruit, I remain faithful to the rule of thumb)!

recipe without eggs and very slightly sweet, we appreciate in the heat.

fishing Apricot Cake
For the dough: 200g flour

baking soda 1 tsp
200g cottage cheese 150g soft butter

1 pinch of salt 50g sugar

For the filling:
few apricots and some peaches to taste and size of the mold
20g butter 30g sugar

Combine flour, baking soda, cream cheese, butter, salt and sugar and refrigerate.

Wash and peel peaches, apricots, wash, cut into pieces not too small. Can be added apricot kernels [Breaking nuclei, pass the almonds in boiling water for 10 seconds max to remove the skin].
Heat 20 grams of butter in a skillet and sauté the fruit sprinkled with sugar. Caramelize (about 10 minutes). In the original recipe, it is advisable to use rather firm apricots, peaches and my arch my apricots were ripe, they have made a lot of liquid, which gave a cake moist and fluffy, but still stands well The photo proves it.

After letting the dough rest for about 30 minutes, preheat oven to 220 ° C.
Divide dough into 2 part: 3 / 5 and 2 / 5. Spread 3/5th roll (much much into flour, or else to make it easier, if your dough is very soft, sprinkle bottom of pan with parchment paper and spread dough with a spatula) and fill the mold .

Garnish with fruit pulp, and spread the other part of dough (this time the roller is essential, if necessary add more flour to the dough to a consistency that is better, and act quickly) then cover the fruit pulp by welding the two side by side.

Bake for 45 minutes (check at my home that was faster, but I do not know how hot it cooked). Cool on a rack, and if possible keep the grid otherwise the cake tends to soften the bottom the next day.

It was really enjoyed with a cake fairly simple and quick to do, not too sweet season!

apricot jam fishing

Ah ... summer fruits!

My recipe:

Wash peaches and apricots, peel peaches, remove pits and cut fruit into chunks.
Weigh everything. I had 700 grams of fruit, so I added 550 grams of sugar, that's enough.
Combine fruit and sugar and let it dissolve.

Put on the fire. From the boil after 20 minutes of cooking good broth. Mix the fruit if you wish. Check

holding the jam by pouring a spoon on a plate and reversing the plate.

Once the consistency is good, put in pot.
