Pakistani Walima Cards

Vegetables for the winter -

Nothing really original, mashed ... But mashed vegetables and succulent with that! It's simple, quick to do (if we have nothing against vegetable preparation) and marriage is very successful.

This is a mashed potatoes, cabbage and leek . And voila! Yeah, there's not much to write, I that these 3 mixed vegetables, without adding anything, and it was very good as is.

Come on, I know everyone is not necessarily used to cook, so I'll make the effort to detail how I have made!

Ahem.
Ingredients for two people:
4-5 small potatoes

A large leek 1 / 4 cabbage

Put some water in a fact-all on fire.
Wash potatoes and peel them, cut them into chunks and put them in the bottom water. Cut

the most damaged of the leek and wash thoroughly. The detail in strips (Finer level of green is what is the longest to cook) and add to the pot.

Ditto for the cabbage, wash and chop and put the rest.

Cover and cook, watch for it to cook for the shortest time possible (to maintain maximum vitamins), and mash with a fork or potato masher.
For food lovers, you can add a knob of butter, one teaspoon of soy cream (or cream), some cheese, but as it is a treat. I've accompanied by a fried egg, I love it!

And to make a soup, the same thing with a little more water, a little less potatoes and a little more vegetables.
