Wellastright Instructions

Sprouts, eaten!

Faster than expected, I could taste my seed: it is super good, and funny, and full of good things. Even my son thought it was enough "weird" for wanting to put some in your mouth, you can sample ... and to Regout.

They germinated in 3 days, this morning they had their two tiny leaves (cotyledons), so I tasted it, and it's quite famous. Surprising, fresh, crisp, it must be very significant in winter.

For lunch, I added a salad of iceberg lettuce and a homemade pizza that is the recipe.

Pizza maroilles

** For the pizza dough

300 g flour 110 ml tepid water 1 packet yeast
Briochin
2 tablespoons olive oil 1 pinch salt

--- Combine salt flour, add yeast (I leave a little push in a little water with a pinch of sugar) and water.
--- Mix with a spatula, add olive oil and then knead.
--- Add water or flour as needed to get a ball of elastic dough.
--- Let stand 1 hour, warm and protected from the air (I'm a little heat the oven, I shuts down and I put my bowl covered with a plate).
--- After one hour, grease a pie dish with a little olive oil and spread with roughly the dough with your hands.

*** For the filling

5 medium tomatoes 1 clove garlic 1 small zucchini

1 onion 1 small
maroilles (or other strong cheese taste)
pumpkin seeds and sesame seeds germinated
of alfalfa

---- Boil water in a pan, dip the tomatoes 15 seconds then place in cold water. Peel.
--- Put oil in a skillet to heat, detailing the tomatoes into cubes and pour into the skillet.
--- Chop garlic, add tomato and cook uncovered for maximum water evaporates (about 15-20 minutes). ---
Sauté zucchini and onion in a little olive oil and let cool. Cut the
maroilles into strips.

Preheat oven.
After spreading the dough into the pie plate, cover with the tomatoes, place the zucchini and onion, sprinkle with pumpkin seeds and sesame seeds, place the sliced cheese and bake for 15-20 minutes .

Serve, cover generously with seeds of alfalfa sprouts, and enjoy!

An excellent article to read on sprouts, a real mine of information: C homemade
