Always according to the ingredients available in the fridge, I came across this recipe for savory cake Marmiton on the site. I adapted to my sauce, making a cake for cause over cake pan. That what happens:
Zucchini Cake - feta
- 200 g flour
white - 30 g oatmeal
- 500 g zucchini
- 3 / 4 block Feta
- 4 tbsp olive oil garlic and herbs (which comes with garlic confit in olive oil, see this entry )
- 140 g white cheese
- 3 eggs
- a remnant of Emmental
grated - 1 / 2 teaspoon baking soda
For the procedure is the same as Marmiton. The only differences have been adding oats to flour mixture + bicarbonate, then adding grated cheese after the olive oil.
We ate it hot with a raw tomato, and it was pretty good. Not unlike a lot of dry cake, light but nourishing.
